Basic DIY Bath Salts Recipe
You can whip up these salts in a minute! Seriously, this recipe couldn’t be any easier. The basic ratio is 2 to 1: 2 parts Epsom Salts to 1 part Baking Soda.
For this mixture, I used:
4 Cups Epsom Salts
2 Cups Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Peppermint Essential Oil (more or less to your liking)
Mix Up The Bath Salts
First, place the epsom salts and baking soda in a large bowl. Using a fork or spoon, mix well. Now, add the peppermint oil and stir to combine. Place the baths salts in the mason jar and seal.
