Oven Baked Ham and Swiss Biscuit Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can refrigerated grand flaky biscuits (8 count)
  • 8 slices deli ham honey or smoked
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. poppy seeds
  • ½ tsp. onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Open biscuit can and separate each biscuit horizontally into top and bottom halves. Place 8 biscuit bottoms in the baking dish.
  • Fold a slice of deli ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each biscuit bottom. Top with the remaining biscuit halves.
  • Whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds and onion powder in a small bowl.
  • Brush the tops of the assembled biscuit sliders with the butter mixture. Pour any remaining glaze over the tops.
  • Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until biscuit tops are deep golden and cheese is melted.
  • Let stand in the pan for 5 minutes before serving warm.
