8ozcream cheese softened
1/4cupgreen onions or chives chopped
2tbspparsley chopped
Instructions
Mix your cream cheese, green onions/chives and parsley in a bowl.
Take a piece of plastic wrap and place it on your counter. Take 6 slices of salami and create a rectangle that is 2 x 3. Make sure there are no spaces in between the slices.
Add 1/3 of your cream cheese mixture and spread evenly on top of the salami. Leaving about 1/4 inch around the perimeter.
Starting at one of the long edges roll your salami into a tight log shape. Use the plastic wrap to lift your log up. Be sure the wrap is not inside your roll up. Once rolled wrap and place in the fridge.
Repeat steps 2-4 to create 3 log rolls.
Chill for at least 1 hour or until they can be easily sliced.
Unwrap and slice into small pieces. Place on a platter and enjoy.
