1cupshredded sharp cheddar
24small pickled pepper rings
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
Combine softened cream cheese & shredded cheddar in a small bowl; continue stirring until they’re well mixed.
Gently press one thin salami slice into each cup of the mini muffin pan, folding or pleating the edges slightly so it sits flush against the sides to form a bowl shape.
Spoon approximately 1 tsp. of cheese mixture into the center of each salami cup.
Put one pickled pepper ring on top of the cheese mixture on each salami cup.
Bake at 375°F for 8-10 min., or until the edges of the salami begin to curl & the cheese melts nicely.
Let them sit for 2-3 min so they hold their shape. Then lift them out, transfer to a serving platter, and serve warm with toothpicks.
